About Us
Theta-Power Technologies is an electronic engineering branch of the School District of Westfield Transportation Department located in Westfield, WI. The sole purpose is to create and/or invent various electronic or mechanical items that are needed for the school district that would exceed OEM specifications. This is the greatest benefit for the School District of Westfield.
Theta-Power Technologies is dedicated to engineering and manufacturing the most durable electronic DC contactors and power-control systems in the industry. With an excellent staff of dedicated people, Theta-Power Technologies will continue to grow.
Theta-Power Technologies was founded by Scott Petersen. With a background in electronic engineering and experience in the trucking and school bus industry, Scott found that the electro-mechanical contactors that were standard in large trucks, school buses and heavy equipment were problematic and inferior. After a lengthy process of designing and rigorous testing, Scott finally came up with an excellent solution with the EPCSYSTM and our most recent EPCSYS-HPTM series of electronic DC contactors. These contactors have become the flagship of Theta-Power Technologies and still continue to surpass other contactors, electro-mechanical and electronic alike, that are produced by others.
Theta-Power Technologies creates all products in their own facilities at Westfield, WI and Oxford, WI. From the creation of the circuit boards to the end product, we ensure that each and every item passes our Quality Assurance with rigorous testing.
Theta-Power Technologies is a non-profit branch of the School District of Westfield and we are proud to produce the finest products in the power-control industry.
